Workmen's compensation act -- compensation -- computation -- permanent partial disability. Under the residuary clause of our workmen's compensation act, 1 Mason Minn. St. 1927, § 4274(c)(44), it is provided that the amount to be awarded to an employe who has sustained a permanent partial disability shall be ""66 2/3 per centum of the difference between the wage of the workman at the time of the injury and the wage he is able to earn in his partially disabled condition."" The action of the industrial commission in approving an award computed on a different basis is unwarranted.
